Welcome to Cape Jourimain!

Nestled in the Cape Jourimain National Wildlife Area, a 621 hectare site with a complex legacy of natural and human history, the Cape Jourimain Nature Centre is a great place to stop, hike the trails, walk the beach, watch the birds, and enjoy a meal. Admire the Confederation Bridge from our observation tower, browse the gift shop, see our 19th-century lighthouse, and be amazed by how people used to make the perilous journey across the Northumberland Straight to Prince Edward Island during the Maritimes’ frigid winter.
